Exchange.Design and FFP Announce Partnership

We are excited to announce our new partnership with The Fund for Peace, a leading organization in the field of conflict resolution and prevention. Our collaboration will focus on data-aligned decision-making in international development programs, with the goal of improving the effectiveness of these programs through local leadership and ultimately leading to more positive outcomes for the communities they serve.

The use of data in international development is not a new concept, but it has become increasingly important in recent years as organizations seek to be more evidence-based in their approach. The Fund for Peace brings a wealth of experience in this area, having developed the Fragile States Index and Conflict Assessment System Tool (CAST), which is widely used in conflict analysis and prevention efforts around the world.

Our partnership will leverage the expertise of both organizations to develop new tools and approaches for using data to inform program design, implementation, and evaluation. This includes using data to identify the most appropriate subnational sites for development programs, based on factors such as population demographics, infrastructure, and existing service provision. By using data to inform planning efforts and site selection, we can ensure that programs are targeted to the areas where they are most needed and have the greatest potential impact.

Overall, our partnership with The Fund for Peace represents an important step forward in using data to inform international development programs. By working together, we hope to develop new tools and approaches that will enable organizations to be more evidence-based and ultimately achieve greater impact in the communities they serve.
